Reliable and Flexible
Our buildings are marked by their reliability and flexibility. Our companies and fleets can take on large one-off projects or deliver high volume, standardised buildings to customers. Projects typically range from £1 to £20 million pounds although we can take on projects with smaller or significantly larger budgets.
Our level of involvement also varies. Some customers take advantage of our full turnkey service whereas in other instances, we work as a specialist key supply chain partner.

Large Buildings
Larger 1-6 storey buildings have a wide range of applications and present an enviable solution for larger public sector organisations particularly, who require high specification multi-functional spaces.
Internal configurations maximise space and can be arranged to the client’s specifications and needs. Schools for example have a wide range of facilities including auditoriums, staff offices, canteens, sports halls and showers etc.

Multi-Storey Buildings
Our modular solutions can be used for multi-storey buildings of all kinds. These have a higher structural complexity but are still a highly efficient and sustainable building solution.
Often used for student accommodation, university buildings, government buildings and so on, these typically sit at around 5 – 12 storeys but have the flexibility to go upto 25 if required.
Single Units
Our single units have bespoke configurations providing a time and cost-effective set up. These are ideal as small retail units and can be moved around and relocated if needed. This is not only efficient but also environmentally friendly.
These have been used for Timpson retail kiosks, Pets at Home, barber pods and more.
